Torque wrenches and pumps are subject to the same wear and tear as all other mechanical devices. Friction between moving parts leads to distortion and erosion of a device’s materials. These changes affect the factory-certified torque output and gauge readings.
To ensure proper torque output, both the wrench and the pump need to be calibrated annually. Our technicians produce professional, certified test reports using state-of-the-art torque transducers, which are integrally mounted to our calibration table and synced with our digital display and in-line laptop computers.
Mobile Calibration Unit
For your convenience this service can be performed on-site in our mobile calibration unit.
