Flange Identification Tag Position
The Flange Identification Tag will be attached using the supplied stainless-steel wire. The tag will be attached to the most visible spot at the 12, 3, 6, or 9 o’clock position of the flange. The tag will be attached around the face of the nut resting against the flange, and the wire will secure the tag.
All completed Job Data Sheets are brought back to the office and checked by management/office personnel before being scanned into our system. The files are saved onto a secure system and named with the flange identification tag serial number.
